Support and Contact

We offer free practical support via email throughout the build of your boat to deal with any technical or procedural questions you may have.

Support email address is support@whisstock.com. We aim to answer all emails pretty much straight away (bearing in mind time differences), and normally in any case within 24 hours.

Support is intended to deal with the designs as presented. We will try to deal with any changes you might want to make to the standard design within the free support service, but if they are large or complicated changes we may not be able to do this, in which case we would agree a charge before proceeding.

We cannot give support for changes or modifications that in our opinion are unsafe, ill-considered or impractical.

We are happy to give general guidance with regard to sailing the vessel, particularly sea trials, but we are not in a position to give advice about particular circumstances or help plan any voyage, or give advice about the suitability of the vessel beyond that given on this website.

We welcome questions about our designs. Again these are best addressed via email to support@whisstock.com. As with Support queries, we aim to answer quickly and normally within 24 hours.
