Good mooring form Perth, Western Australia,

I am looking at a boat called Cynthia, which I understand is a Deben 4 tonner built in Fremantle in 1937. Her hull is sound and we think she has the original mast and spars. All good there but the interior has been completely stripped out.

So, are there any detailed plans for the interior that might help me recreate this? I have a few reference books form the era but details would be great. Maybe other classes from the era might be enough?

Happy to pay if you need to do some work on them. Very pleased to have the lines and offsets though, thanks for that, much appreciated.

thanks for your site and looking forward to hearing from you,

Cheers

Roger

I have no record of a Deben 4-tonner being built in Fremantle!

But of course that doesn't mean it didn't happen. My father commissioned the design from Wm Blake in 1936. But Blake would retain the copyright to the design, so he could well have supplied plans to a builder in Australia. Interesting ...

If you could email me some photos I would probably be able to tell if she is indeed a Deben 4-tonner.

I do have the original interior plan – which is very simple. I can make this available online – might take me a little while to recreate it however.
